Answer:
1. I have done some tips from the mental health infographic, such as doing activities that I enjoy, talking to someone whom I can trust, and telling myself that everything is going to be fine in the end.
The effect is pretty good. I can take care of my mind, and some things that have burdened me mentally somehow now already subside.
2. The tips from the mental health infographic that I want to try is taking care of my physical health more.
Because, I have tight schedule, so I want to spare some more time to exercise.
3, Yes, I have tried some habits, such as not skipping breakfast, not eating dinner too close with bedtime, and drinking water right after I wake up from sleep.
4. Yes, I have. One tip from me is reducing or avoiding fritter or gorengan consumption.
5. I think people feel the need to lose weight because obesity is not healthy, and can lead to many kinds of dangerous disease, like diabetes, heart attack, hypertension, etc.
