I agree with Albert Einstein's quote above because, when I want to give my opinion about a certain matter if I have no adequate knowledge on it. 

An opinion without facts and deeper understanding can potentially become misleading, or even harmful.

It's pretty important to note that, before we articulate our opinions, make sure that we know and understand deeply about the matter we discuss.
